Hosted by the Christopher Newport Peninsula Alumni Chapter, the Captains Choice Classic has become an awaited annual tradition for our CNU community! The 12th Annual Captains Choice Classic will, once again, be a feature event of CNU's Homecoming Weekend, and will be hosted at the private James River Country Club in Newport News, VA. Over the years, this tournament has been successful in raising tremendous funds for several important benefactors:

• The Peninsula Alumni Chapter Endowed Scholarship Fund ($44,000 raised)
• Operational support for Peninsula Alumni Chapter Events / Programs ($30,000+)
• Fear2Freedom, 501(c)(3) supporting survivors of sexual abuse ($18,000+)
• The Gregory P. Klich Alumni House ($14,500+)
• Lighthouse Student COVID-Hardship Fund ($2,500)

In order to achieve our ambitious goal of reaching $120,000 in lifetime tournament proceeds this year, we ask for your help and support.
