CNU Day

Each year on CNU Day, Captains come together as a family and support the things that inspire us most about Christopher Newport. We gather online and in person to wear our blue, wave our flag and show the world what it means to be a Captain.

For each of us, this special place helped us discover something unique and significant. For some, their voice. Others, the love of their life. For most all of us, our intellectual passion and commitment to service and community.

Cities of Celebration

Each year we gather as Captains across the country to show our pride and celebrate our Alma Mater on CNU Day. Alumni Cities of Celebration events are hosted throughout the nation to bring Christopher Newport alumni together for a fun and festive social event to connect or reconnect, share stories and celebrate what it means to be a #CaptainForLife!
